Lake House Check-out (SailAwayLakeHouse)

Please do the following before you leave:

Leave thermostat at 80 in summer OR 55 in winter
Put all trash into the trash cans on parking deck
Lock sliding glass doors, all windows, and all doors
Turn off the stove/oven
Turn off the gas grill
Make sure no fire is present in the fireplace (please DO NOT pour water into the fireplace)
Turn off all lights
Put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn run
Take all items out of fridge
